After being born and raised in Jefferson Village, and being a licensed realtor for 22 years since 1996, I decided to open my own brokerage in my local hometown. I wanted to give back to the community that I am raising my children in. Ashtabula County is the capital of the most covered bridges in the United States. A portion of your commissions as a seller goes to giving back to the local covered bridge festival. I can honestly say that in 22 years I haven’t worked a day in that time. I love what I do and helping people is not a job to me. Whether it is helping a first time home buyer finding their dream home and helping them with the knowledge I have about financing so they find what program best suits them or helping a seller that is selling their family home of 50 years and downsizing I enjoy every minute of the time I spend helping them. I decided to open assured real estate to supply a friendly and fun environment for not only our buyers and sellers, but also the local agents that work for me.
