Raisa and Teddy were a dream to work with on the sale of my condo. The condo had been on the market for many months and Raisa came in and turned things around! The Lobo Group helped us not only find the perfect home, but made sure we didn't lose it. We didn't have the perfect selling experience, but that's no fault of the Lobo Group. One thing after the other went wrong in terms of lenders, appraisals and credits. It was just the perfect storm. My wife and I have great credit, but things just kept falling apart. The sellers were clearly trying to back out, which I get because it didn't seem like we were going to deliver, The Lobo group kept us all on track. They found us a new lender with an incredible rate(literally, the best rate you can get), they cooled the temperature of the sellers and kept my wife and I from losing our hair from stress. You can easily find houses on this website, or ones like it, on your own, but there is no way I would be writing this review in my new home if it wasn't for the team at the Lobo Group and everything they did for us. HIGHLY recommend for anyone even a little interested in buying a home.

Raisa was amazing. My wife and I were thinking of purchasing a home and wanted to get some info on the process since we had really no idea on what to do. So we started to visit random real estate companies around town and wondered into Raisa's office. Even though she had no idea we were not all that serious at that time, she sat with us for at least and hour and educated us on the whole process, from beginning to end. She made us feel so comfortable and confident in moving forward.
