First of all, we would like to thank both Josephine and Raj Sharma from the bottom of our heart for helping us find our dream home in Canyon Hills community in Lake Elsinore, CA. When my wife and I decided to buy our first dream house, we have started to search for a good real estate agent in Lake Elsinore area. We have checked lots of possible REALTOR options and we finally ended up with Legacy Homes Realty. We were first time home buyers and did not know anything about buying a house. But Raj was really great at walking us through the entire home buying process and made it hassle-free. In the end we felt really happy, comfortable and safe to work with him. He is truly a promising real estate agent and as well as a wonderful person to work with. He is always super responsive by answering all our queries in a professional manner and gave us expert advice all time. We could not imagine our first time home buying process without Raj. If you don’t have time to read my full review then this is all you need to know. “Raj, is the agent you’re looking for. He is professional, very knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly cares and attentive.” Buying a first home is already a nerve recking enough of a process, let alone trying to do it while on Active Duty and ready to separate in a few months and stationed two and half hours away from the area I’m looking for a house in. I was so lucky to have found Legacy Homes Realty. Raj was absolutely invaluable in this process. He not only coordinated the showings with my crazy schedule, he also ensured I was kept informed on the progress, understood the process and what’s coming next . Raj’s patience with my changing requirements and personal preference to fit my family members’ needs shows his years of experience and utmost professionalism. We saw many homes and Raj helped me put offers into the ones we were interested in. He was prompt and it ensured we were positioned to negotiate without delays. I never felt pressured and Raj was very supportive regardless of how I choose to proceed. His patience allowed me to walk away from homes that turned out to be the wrong house for me and my family.
