We had the most pleasant experience working with Raj. When I first spoke to Raj, he asked me a few questions and away we went on our search. We had a few hiccups on our credit reports, but Raj kept in tough until all was cleared. Once the Preapproval was given, he went to work. He showed us a few homes. Some we didn't like, he asked why? We responded with.....street too narrow, small backyard, not enough lighting.....etc......and believe it or not, the next set of homes had what we were looking for. Raj had a few homes for us to view that we had mentioned to him and we had forgotten to put one the list. Before the day ended we mentioned that one property to him and he replied with, "let's go see it". Not, "well that wasn't on my list, but we can go see it next weekend". He worked for us and catered to our schedule (which is very demanding). Raj worked with our Lender very close and updated us frequently. Sometimes, we here news from him about our loan before our lender. He us upfront with no sugar coating. I will definitely recommend him and his staff......Absolutely!!!!!!!

I was looking for an agent that knew the local market, and would represent me and my family to sell the family home we have had since 1958. Raj was our guy. From our first meeting, I could tell he was passionate about his profession and he made me feel at ease. I'm glad I chose Raj and his team of professionals, as we experienced several hurdles when trying to sell our home.First, there was a title issue from over a decade ago that prevented clean title. His team at Chicago Title got to work and was able to clear up the issue. Shortly after we were told of the title issue, another problem arose with the family Trust my parents created 20 years ago that prevented a quick sale. He recommended a Hayward real estate lawyer he has previously worked with, who was awesome. He navigated our cause thru the court to get the issue resolved as fast as the legal system allowed and when we finally heard the positive news it was fixed, my family was elated.I also wanted to make sure the house showed well both outside and inside in the memory of my mom, who always had a clean yard and house. The front yard was landscaped, and Raj recommended a contractor and electrician to modernize the house with not only paint and new floors, but bathrooms, doors, lighting and more. When it was finally done, we were in awe of how beautiful the home looked....my mom would have been proud.Throughout the hurdles above and a few more, Raj was a true partner the whole time. We expected to sell in the summer, but after running up against the issues, we could not list until November. I hesitated at listing so late in the year, but, Raj recommended to list. Great decision. He coordinated the house staging. And we had an offer after the first weekend open house! And closed in less than a month, a few weeks before Christmas. What started out as long, complicated listing, turned out as good as we could get, given the time of year, and the market slowing down. Even last minute contingency removal and negotiations were handled by Raj.If you need a great broker and partner to sell your house, look no farther.
