Ralph has been my agent for many years. He has sold 3 homes for me and helped me purchase 3 homes as well. He is trustworthy and great with negotiating. I would highly recommend Ralph, in fact I did and my parents also used him for a buy and sell. He knows the local markets ( we used him in Park Ridge, Des Plaines and Edgebrook). He will always look out for your best interests and is highly responsive to all communication. He made the process of buying and selling low stress and everything ran smoothly.

We used Ralph to buy our house 7 years ago. It was such a positive experience that we used him again to sell our house last month. He is really knowledgeable about the local schools, the neighborhoods, financing processes, etc. When we used him as a buyers agent, he was incredibly patient and had a good balance of providing helpful details we may not have noticed (copper plumbing, overhead sewers, etc), but also allowing us to form our own opinions. As a seller's agent, he was so helpful. He suggested several modest improvements we should make to get the best bang for our buck. Our house sold in 2 days! But what I liked most is that he didn't just treat us as a business transaction. He provided really helpful advice on our next house purchase (out of state) where we were dealing with some difficult sellers and was genuinely interested in how our buying process was going. He is honest, experienced, responsive, and easy to work with. I only wish we would have had a Ralph for our next house search out of state
