Ram Muthu

I worked with Ram Muthu (V Realty, License No: 0525257) to buy my first investment home. I found him very unprofessional, rude and super arrogant. He just gave me the key and didn’t even visit this home during option period. He has no interest or favor for his client.. He just works like a part time realtor, putting its client into bad situations with no escape. He feels like he is doing charity on his customer by offering some cash back at closing but if you do math- you end of losing lot of money by working with him. I and my friend both bough house at same time working with him and we both still regret it.. If you are looking for cash back, there are many realtor who offers but they don’t compromise with service. I wish I could give a ZERO star to this guy.. Anyways I already burnt my fingers, you may save yours.
