I stumbled upon Real Estate Experts on a house I was interested in viewing that they had listed. I left my information and someone called me to make an appointment. I liked that they didnt initially ask for a pre-approval letter or a lot of personal information before actually meeting. As a complete rookie to the house hunting experience we werent aware that before you schedule to view a house, you should do a drive by the neighborhood so nobodys time is wasted. Although the house was a bust, meeting Savi was well worth it. She immediately understood what kind of neighborhood we were interested in purchasing from. We met at her office the following week to discuss what normal first time buyers are looking for, a brand new house on a low budget. =) Eventually, Savi ended up introducing us to the most AMAZING people who helped us achieve obtaining our house. I have never encountered such efficient and courteous people who go above and beyond to make things happen and I work for a bank. These people responded to my emails while on vacation, on the weekends and even late at night. To place the cherry on top, Savi introduced me to a professional, resourceful and best of all super good looking attorney who knew how to do his job thoroughly. =)[ link omitted ] and Zillow as well. Any potential listing I found, they would immediately respond to my messages and set up appointments to view. I was a little hesitant when Savi had to travel and she insisted that Rummy or anyone else can help only because I dont care for change. I quickly realized they were just as knowledgeable and friendly as Savi. Any referral you need whether its an inspector, tax accessor, contractor they can help. As I previously mentioned, they know and recommend solely the best. Not only did they help us find our dream/forever house, but we developed a wonderful relationship with Savi. During our 9 month process we both personally went thru births/deaths in our family and you can tell the concern and the joy is genuine. They honestly do care and listen as opposed to just looking to make a sale. Hearing my 3 year old repeatedly say Mommy, I like the house makes the long, stressful process well worth it. Savi and Rummy never gave up on us and we will be forever grateful.

I have been dealing with Real Estate agents for over 35 years in the Westchester New York area and have not met any Real Estate agent to compare with New York Real Estate Experts. One received 7 offers, one of which was way above asking! The other had two offers before the property was even listed! These were not easy deals.
