He stays in the budget and area you request. When we were looking for a house- he was quick to respond and would call immediately to schedule a showing. He was always on time and displayed a great work ethic. We were so happy to have him as a realtor! Finding a house is hard, but making an offer and actually purchasing a house is even more difficult and stressful. Luckily we had Ramze by our side to help us through it all. He provided us a with a great mortgage lender, appraisal and inspection. Our experience with him has been top notch! We recommend him to all our friends!

I couldnt believe how responsive he was to all of our requests and questions, and he knew far more than we ever hoped to about the process of buying a home. Ramze may be the most patient person I know; hes completely open to hearing what you have to say and continues to listen wholeheartedly when the next day youre saying something completely different. This aint his first rodeo and he seems to understand the flip-flopping first-time buyers go through. He seemed to always be available for my questions and sync ups when I was feeling under water.
