Randy is an attorney & real estate broker who is a recognized expert on distressed property law and transactions. Randy has counseled hundreds of "underwater" homeowners on their distressed property options including loan modification, short sale and foreclosure matters. If a homeowner owes more to their mortgage company than what their home is worth Randy can help them keep it, sell it, or safely walk way. Randy grew up in Kirkland and attended the University of Washington where he earned his B.A. in Political Science. Randy graduated cum laude from the Seattle University School of Law in 2000. Randy is the Of Counsel Attorney at the Demco Law Firm where practices real estate and distressed property law, and also serves as the Designated Escrow Officer of Point Escrow, LLC. Randy has been certified by the Washington State Department of Licensing as a real estate clock hour instructor and routinely educates other agents about all facets of real estate law.
