I used Mr. Soffar's services two times. To sell a property in Houston. Based on my satisfaction with that transaction I used his services to buy a property in The Woodlands (Spring) Texas. Also satisfactory. Need I say more? MLS provides a great deal of information so in my case the knowledge of "local area" was kind of irrelevant. I am a senior citizen and have had a number of houses so i did not need any explanation of the "closing process" (have experienced the pleasure / pain). I have a degree in engineering and "Process" oriented. I am not sure what "best price" means - very subjective. The best price is what the seller and the buyer agree upon and do not regret later. I have no regrets. Based on my two previous dealings with Mr. Soffar I will use his services again. I hope my frank answers are what you asked for.
