Randy was great to work with. He helped us every step of the way. He has great knowledge of the lending and closing process and was very helpful in selling our house and purchasing our new home. Best in the industry! Spending countless weeks attempting to find the right rental home, we started to run out of time. Highly recommended, I met Randy through professional acquaintances. I emailed him in the evening and by the next morning he called. That afternoon we were viewing two homes. We were very impressed by his responsiveness and extensive knowledge about the communities in which we were researching. That very evening we e-mailed Randy with interest in one of the properties, by the end of the next day our application was approved and we were given an immediate move in date.We certainly never thought we would secure something as quickly as quickly as we did. Randy is such a great guy to work with. Very easy going and made the buying and selling process so simple. He sold my wifes condo in 5 days at near asking, and mine in 2 days over asking. The camera crew that he uses to photograph our properties really helped sell the house. Our homes had a completely different presence online compared to our competition, and it translated to lots of interest, showings and inevitably, quick sales.

Having dealt with residential real estate agents for many years, I have become accustomed with the middle of the curve, poor service.Randy is way at the right side of the curve, he provides great service. I cannot recommend someone higher than Randy.
