Randy was very helpful and resourceful in getting this unit ready for sale. I am 85 years old and Randy was patient and willing to handle the inspections, repairs, and paperwork involved. I always felt he had my best interests at heart. I trusted his judgement and advise implicitly.

Randy was awesome. Anytime we had a question he would respond immediately. My first interaction with Randy was online about 9:00 at night on a Sunday. Randy worked tirelessly to find us the right home for our needs.

Very helpful throughout the entire process, from selling the old house to buying a new one. He was always quick with a reference for a contractor and even called to make many of the appointments. Randy even helped move furniture in order to get my old house ready to go on the market. While I was 30 minutes away from him, he never hesitated to meet with me in person to explain details that were incomprehensible at first glance. All in all, a very good realtor and a genuinely nice person.

Randy exceeded our expectations during both the buying and selling process. Never once did it feel like he was pushing us and he continually slowed me down and explained all of my options and was very patient and knowledgeable. Even when the sellers wanted to do a lease back for 3 months, Randy handled the contractual side of the agreement and explained everything and answered all of my what if? questions.

Randy helped us buy a home, not only is he very knowledgeable but will go out of his way to help you in anything you need. Since we first met Randy he explained and showed us what to look in a house for and the details we needed to look for and it was a great learning experience.
