As a first time home buyer, it was very important to find a realtor who was patient and willing to help us find our dream home within our budget. Justin was exactly that. The first house we went into escrow on ended up doing very poorly during home inspection, revealing a lot of structural issues. I Highly recommend Justin! We are first-time homebuyers and never thought it would be possible to own a home in Hawaii. Where do I begin!? I needed to sell my home, and I found these two guys on yelp. I called them, gave them a chance, and wow! I was so impressed. They gave me advice on how to upgrade parts of my home so I could get the maximum amount from a prospective buyer. Their marketing strategies were excellent. I was able to get 5 offers in 7 days, and sold my home 12,000 above the asking price! The Taparra Team is excellent and I highly recommend them anyone reading this, for a purchase or a sale.

Go TEAM TAPARRA if you're in the market to purchase or you are interested in investing. We actually weren't at first thinking that we'd just look for something, if available, for our move back to Hawai'i in the near future and rent out until we were ready. But Justin showed us how we could leverage our money to start building equity and rental income to prepare for that time when we decided to make the move. My fianc and I began our house hunting journey about a little under a year ago. At first we were looking for someplace to rent since buying seemed way out of reach for us at the time. As a first time home buyer, I knew nothing about the process of purchasing a home. I was recommended to Raphael and Justin from my mortgage lender, and within a couple of hours Raphael contacted me and we had a nice conversation over the phone. We've officially became first time home buyers! In Hawai'i! We were referred to them by Aloha Lending Service. From the moment we met Ralph and Justin they were the most down to earth and professional people. We have a 4 year old and they were always cool with him coming to our meetings and meet ups. We were really unsure if we could even do it and to be honest we didn't think it would happen so quick! My husband and I always had questions or concerns our phone calls/texts were always answered in a timely manner and returned! Sometimes even late in the night! I love how they are available by phone, text, email. Sometimes when your at work you can't always answer your phone lol. We decided to put an offer in for a home right when COVID-19 hit Hawai'i, and with the news we were skeptical, but Justin took care of us and really communicated real and trustworthy advice. All of our appointments were made around our schedule and Justin and Ralph were always on time. They have the local hospitality of wanting to do things to help us out without having any other expectations from us. We never felt pressured and they provided referrals which was never forced on us to go with their particular person/company.
