So I’ve heard so many horror stories with home buying experiences before starting the process of buying my first home with my wife. We were determined to know everything in the process and what next steps to take. A friend recommended me to Raquel after he closed on his beautiful house with her help. Just what he wanted. Let me tell you, she. Was. God. Sent. She was very patient with us, especially me. She started by asking us what we were looking for and started her search. The same evening I had houses in my inbox and we started visiting houses the next day. The way she worked and time she put in was as if we were her only clients. Even the houses I looked up I sent to her via text, she was on the phone with the realtor that very se on and we had scheduled a visit the next day. When I tell you she was very responsive! And patient. Viewing up to 15-20 houses. She is very genuine and makes sure that you are taken care of. She scheduled my inspection as well and definitely went to the extra mile. When something was off, things I didn’t even catch, she followed up. I never texted or called and she didn’t call back or shoot me a message back. Truly reliable, sweet and professional.
