Rashad did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING JOB!! I can't express how happy we are with how helpful Rashad was during our home buying process. This was our first home purchase, and he took the time to sit down with us and explain how everything worked, what to expect and what to look for. He was always very timely with responding to any questions we had and made sure we knew to contact him as soon as we had a question. He was willing to go out after normal business hours (about 630-7) and show us homes. We thank him so much for doing that, he was so willing to work with our schedule. Once we found the home we wanted to buy, he was there with us every step of the way. From the start, he did a great job at making sure our offer was the one that got accepted by adding an eye catching cover letter to the offer and really making us stand out to the seller. Working with the sellers was so simple because Rashad did it all for us. He had everything typed out and ready to go when it came to negotiating and all we had to do was review everything and sign. He communicated with my mortgage representative very well and made sure he updated us on everything. This made our process much easier.
