Ray Hutto

I've worked with Ray several times since 2013 and I've always had a fantastic experience!When I first moved from out of State, not knowing much about the Atlanta Suburbs, Ray took the time to show me around and helped me find the perfect house for me and my family (that was back in 2013).I am now in the process of moving (again) and Ray did, once more, an outstanding job! Selling my house was not going to be that easy (my two neighbors were selling theirs already) but Ray had a plan! We listed the house, Ray took care of all the advertising / marketing and the house was sold (at the listed price) while my neighbors' are still for sale (and they listed their homes months before I did)!!!In parallel, I was trying to buy something else in a very specific part of town. Here again, Ray was up for the challenge! He took the time to look at houses with me until we found the ideal place. He did a fantastic job negotiating a discount for the new place for me and now I am all set! I sold my house for more than what I was expecting and bought a new place for less...Thanks Ray
