Ray Logan

I am writing this letter to let others know of my experience dealing with Ray Logan as my realtor. Ray really seems to know the in's and out's of real estate when it comes to fees and who should pay them, how long things can take or making sure things are moving at your mortgage broker. He will also let you know when something doesn't seem right. Ray is not the kind of person that will just agree with you because that is what you want to hear. He will give you his true opinion on the question. I purchased a foreclosure and it was a long and drug out process. Ray had to talk me down more than once as there was a lot to deal with when you are working with asset managers from banks and maintenance crews that are hired by the asset managers, also appraisers and (Time of Sale) inspections. However it was very apparent Ray has been down this trail more than a few times and will warm you of what lies ahead. I would not have wanted to buy a home, especially a foreclosure without Ray Logan.Thanks again Ray!

Ray Logan I was standing outside painting my fence and I got to thinking (dangerous I know) and there are two things you can't buy: TRUST and RESPECT. I remember back when you handled the purchase of my house here in Jackson. You changed all the locks (two per door) on all the doors of my house (four entry doors)just so I'd feel safe. Anyone can study and be a realtor. It's better to have one that can repair, build, inspect, detect, and one you can trust. Very important qualities most realtors do not have.
