So this is textbook. You're reading reviews because you're buying or selling your house. It's confusing, its scary, there are so many agents, way too many unknown variables and you just want to do your due diligence. We so understand! We experienced every single thing just mentioned and were in your shoes just over 3 months ago. Ray has been an expert in the area for 31 years so I thought we would reach out to him. From the moment we began working with Ray and his team, it was obvious to me why they are so successful with an enormous amount of experience, knowledge and professionalism they exude. Most importantly Ray, Ashley and Justine are genuine hard-working awesome human beings. Like, really awesome! They were with us every step of the way! Every question was answered, they over communicated, they treated us with mutual respect, they helped, they guided, they listened, they went over and above on numerous occasions and in the end, they sold our beautiful home. The entire process of selling our home from start to finish was simply amazing. Did I say we did this during a pandemic? We listed on St. Patrick's Day. An added bonus is that my family couldn't be more grateful to have three new friends for life. We just wish our paths crossed sooner! When I look back in our rearview mirror of life, we will always be so grateful for the decision we made to reach out to Ray and his team. We are confident if you do the same, you will see for yourself that you are in amazing hands who will get the job done the right way!!!
