Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Ray moved to Charlotte, NC at the age of 17 and relocated to the Richmond area at the age of 18. In pursuit of a better opportunity, Ray found himself in property management. During a relocation, his family lost out on what they believed was their perfect home. Being left with the feeling that better coaching and consulting could’ve avoided this- Ray went “all-in” and jumped headfirst into real estate in June 2014.
After working with two very successful Real Estate teams in the Greater Richmond area, Ray felt that he wanted more than sales- he wanted genuine relationships and he wanted to be more than just a sign in the yard for his sellers.
