  • Ray helped me buy a home

      We are completely unsatisfied with and disappointed in Ray. We bought a home through our relator and Ray was the sellers agent. He took a long time to respond to concerns we raised during the sales process but the real issue began the first time we turned on the AC after closing. On the disclosure list their was no indication of any HVAC issues but the unit kicked off a couple minutes after running. We had not one but 2 separate HVAC professionals come out to look at the unit and both indicated the compressor was bad and that it was not a new problem. We attempted to get this addressed with the seller through Ray but he did not respond timely to e mail requests and then basically unprofessionally told us it was our problem, too bad the seller wouldn't do anything about it. We feel Ray's dismissal of this big issue and lack of integrity in his responses and excuses as well as during the sales process are serious red flags for anyone to consider when they are looking to do business with him, or hire him as there real estate agent.
