Keep in mind moving cross country could of been a stressful process but Ray and Susan made everything go so smoothly that it was an easy transition from NC to CO!

I just relocated back 'home' to CO after 36 years in CA. Ray was a dream to work with. He 'face timed' homes for me while I was in CA. Once I got to CO, he took me all over to help me decide on the right area for me. His advice was sound in regards to the current market conditions. He handled my requests in a timely fashion. I found the house I ended up buying on Zillow. I called Ray about it and he got back with me within an hour to give me the details. We saw it the next day and I knew this was the one. Ray did a great job throughout the entire process. This was the second home we have purchased through Ray and in the Denver market, it was very difficult to find a home we really like. Ray is a great guy. As first time homebuyers, we were a bit nervous and asked a lot of questions. Ray walked us through everything with an educational approach, not a sales pitch, which I appreciated very much. Very quick to move on showing homes when requested, and when we found a home we wanted to make an offer on, he made sure we set ourselves up for success. Couldn't have been happier with our choice.

My wife and I recently purchased our first home, in the Castle Rock, CO area. Being first time homebuyers, there were a lot of unknowns going into the process. We were at a loss of even where to start, until Ray and Susan were recommended to us by family members. Ray called us the same night that they were recommended, told us that he would be honored to represent us, and that we should give him a call if we decided we would like to use his services. No pressure, no nonsense, and it was a huge relief to get the help we needed at the right time. We could not be more happy with the incredible help that they were for us. A few highlights from our experience with them: 1) I asked an obnoxious amount of questions, and they answered everything rapidly. They were unbelievable knowledgable about real estate in general, and our area in particular. Despite my best efforts, I was unable to stump them even once! 2) We purchased our home remotely, as we were living in New York at the time. This could have made it much more difficult stressful, but Ray and Susan went above and beyond to make it better, and to be our hands and feet there on scene. For example, despite us not needing to be at closing because we had a local person with power of attorney to sign for us, Ray though ahead to bring his tablet and video chat us in. One small example of how helpful and thoughtful they were. 3) Our home had some problems, including tobacco smoke, radon, and mold. Ray and Susan were willing to negotiate fairly but aggressively for us, and helped us to recoup thousands of dollars in seller's concessions to take care of the problems without coming out of pocket too much. Additionally, for each of these issues they provided a recommendation for a trusted local professional to provide us with a quote for the repairs. Being new to the area, this was invaluable and we have had positive experiences with each of the pros that they recommended. Overall I could not be more pleased with Ray and Susan, and strongly recommend them to anyone considering making a real estate transaction.
