We highly recommend Change Realty and Mr. Raza Ali, who has an MBA and is a TX real estate broker with knowledge and experience surpassing a lot of other agents. When he visited our home in Allen, TX for the listing appointment we had met with several other top professionals in this area and all gave us incorrect evaluation of our property value by at least $65K or more. But Raza gave us a range of value & marketed our property with passion, holding more than 10 open houses, and sold our property for top $$$'s. He then helped us out in building a custom built home in Mckinney with a builder that we have moved in. He also helped us secure financing for the new home. What we appreciated most was the straight forward & professional style that Raza conducted himself with through out the process and got us over $65K in selling price based on his business background and expertise negotiating the buyers offer from $590K to $636K.
