Rebecca Carlson did an outstanding job as our real estate agent and I would/will recommend her to others without hesitation. She was professional, prompt, helped time and again with issues that came up, was always "there" even on vacation to help us sell our Mother's home. She is a gem, a hard worker for the seller, and represents Coldwell Bain Banker Bain well. Because of her, I would use Coldwell Banker Bain again. Thanks for such an outstanding agent!

Rebecca is the best! She knows her stuff (the market, timing, what to list for, etc) and isn't afraid to be honest and pragmatic about the selling (and buying) process in a kind way. She has helped us now TWICE beat out other potential buyers on a home we wanted. She also helped us sell our first home for what was considered the "upper" end of the neighborhood we lived in, within 3 days of listing it. I wouldn't trust my real estate transactions with anyone else.
