With not knowing the coastal residential market (very different from inland), Becky was instrumental on helping me find my dream Beach House in Lincoln City. Now that I am moved in, I can reflect back and easily identify all that she did to make this happen. I've bought many homes up to now, and Becky is the first agent I feel who has earned her commission and if possible she should have gotten more.In my situation, the selling agent was less than stellar. Actually less than average. As my buying agent, Becky stepped it up and ensured that all was completed correctly and did what I feel were many of the selling agents responsibilities. Going forward, anyone I know needing to find a property on the Coast, I will recommend Becky as their agent! I would seek her expertise again.

Becky helped us buy a home and lots. She responded immediately when I looked for a realtor online. She showed us many homes and took us to the areas we were interested in and after she got to know us she showed us additional places she thought we'd like.
