With how crazy the Bay Area housing market is, I was tentative to buy a new home and expected another long and arduous "campaign". Not this time! My husband and I have been looking on and off for a house for the past Year and half. We came across a home that we loved in Clayton. I contacted Rebecca and within hours she was showing me the house. I loved it so much that within an hour of leaving I called Rebecca back and asked if she could set up another tour for that same day so my husband could see it. She responded back quickly knowing this property wouldnt stay on the market long. When we arrived at the house the previous agent forgot to mention that there was an alarm system. As we entered the house the alarm went off, Rebecca stayed calm and called the listing agent and homeowner letting them know of the situation. They said it was ok for us to continue the tour. Even with the police arriving to check on the alarm and homeowner stopping by Rebecca remained calm and professional making us and the homeowner feel very comfortable. Within hours she had prepared all the documents needed for us to put in an offer. Before submitting the offer she made sure to walk us through all the legal documents answering any questions we had.
