So we did not do any research about Becky O'Neill's team. My wife picked them randomly from dozens of other agents who were contacting her. And now, After buying our first-time house, I just found out that they were five-starts in Zillow! THE LUCKY US!! Jason, the gentleman who helped us through the entire process, was a true professional. He was always available. (Morning, Afternoon, Evening, and Weekends!) It took a few months for us to find the right house, but he remained patient and protective till the end. He was calm and positive all the time. He knows the area that helped us a lot to save our time. He was also able to convince the seller to do the closing earlier. So we didn't have to pay an extra month's rent. We became more of a friend rather than agent and client. And it was not just Jason. The whole team was very supportive from start to end. They are pros and good people too! (This is not very easy to find) Overall, everything went super smoothly. The daily email with recommended houses base on the school district was pretty awesome. All the paper works were online and efficient. I will recommend them to my family and friends for sure. And I would give them six stars if I could.
