Raylene Lewis is an exceptional real estate agent! She and her team have helped my family find 2 houses to call home now. I had a list of features I wanted in these homes and neighborhoods and Raylene found exactly what our family needed each time and within our budgeted price range. She never showed disdain or annoyance when I wasn’t sure about a particular home or when I had one thousand questions about another property. I thought it was going to be difficult to view homes and get a feel for what we wanted and needed since my wife and I were in Maryland and Raylene was in College Station, Tx, but she went out of her way to answer every email and text I had related to homes as well as providing recommendations of areas based on needs we expressed to her. Raylene performed quite a number of video walk through's of homes pointing out the good and bad in each. We came into College Station and met Raylene to do some onsite walk-throughs and again she is very detail oriented with an extreme amount of building knowledge that she passed onto my wife and I. Her knowledge of the area and her knowledge of the homes she showed us was very important in helping us select and put a contract on a home. Once we made an offer, Raylene worked diligently in our best interest to get us the fairest price possible and all the way from that point through closing she worked on our behalf to ensure things were moving forward while my wife and I went back to Maryland. Raylene also provided recommendations for people to perform services at the home.......we joked that we don't use "Angie's List", we prefer "Raylene's List". From beginning to end, I don't think that Raylene could have done any more to make this home buying experience any better. She has been there every step of the way, and beyond for my wife and I. If I had a question it was answered, if I needed a recommendation, I received it, if there was work to be done to get the home ready, Raylene worked with the builder to ensure it was completed. This was a difficult time for me and Raylene made it painless. She was very considerate but more importantly, knowledgeable. We had a lot of competition on the house but she got the job done allowing me to move on with my relocation.

Raylene is at the TOP of her game. She knows what it takes to sell a house, and she makes it happen quickly, efficiently and effectively. My wife and I had to move from our house in the Nantucket subdivision (where we had lived for 30 years) to a new home in William's Lake Estates subdivision. Raylene did a great job when we first bought our house in Texas. Be in States for only 2-3 years, with little knowledge of real estate in States, she made our buying so easy. She has always been helpful with everything. She is like our family member. We moved out of Texas and she helped us on selling property quickly as well. We will definitely miss her.

So, we are relatively new to the area and had been casually keeping an eye on the properties for sale, but figured our chances were slim given the state of the housing market here. However, I saw a home pop up on Zillow that Raylene was listing. I really wanted it, so I made a decision to contact her directly as I didn't want this property to slip through my fingers and go to some random developer who would just flip the home without any reverence for its uniqueness (landing it squarely out of my price range, for sure). She agreed to be a dual agent. This is tricky territory, we know, but we were always open and honest and felt she represented us that way with her Seller. I feel that in the end, Buyer and Seller walked away from the table satisfied with the contract. Doesn't get any better than that.

This is the second time we have had the opportunity to work with Raylene. There was no question of using anyone else. We have referred her twice before and would happily do so again. Raylene has a very high attention to detail, she is readily available for questions and always has a timely response. She went above and beyond with this purchase by going to the house and showing us the property in great detail through the use of FaceTime since we were unable to get there for one additional look prior to making the offer. She provides her honest opinion and offers helpful suggestions without being pushy in anyway. It is her goal to see that her client is happy and represented. Raylene truly makes what could be a stressful process very smooth and easy.

She wowed us with her knowledge and the fact that she had sold our house before. Her marketing strategy wowed us too. Easy to communicate with. Returned texts and phone calls right away. Could text her at any time. We had a timeline to sale our house by and Raylene got it done in less time!
