Rebekah Malone made buying a home much easier than I expected. I have never been a big fan of realtors, but Rebekah was wonderful. She was there for us every step of the way and went above and beyond anything either me or my wife expected. Rebekah was knowledgeable, friendly and always helped wherever she could. She is not only a good realtor but a wonderful person, if you are relocating you cant find a better realtor. I cant thank her enough for all her hard work helping my family!

Rebekah was fantastic to work with. She stayed in constant contact with us about the house to keep us aware of the activity. She also listened to what we needed then offer her best advice according to what we needed and what would help us get the house sold. We could approach her with any questions or suggestions at any time and she always so cheerful and friendly to work with. She truly made our home sell a great, worry-free, painless experience.

My wife started looking for a new home in late 2013. Before we began our search we decided on several "must haves" that that narrowed the market greatly. After looking at few houses with random agents we met Rebekah. She quickly won our confidence with her property knowledge and her non-aggressive approach. Our search, for the perfect house, took us over a year and Rebekah was with us the entire time. She never once showed any frustration with multiple showings of the same property or the many nights and weekends she spent driving all over Williamson county or writing and re-writing contracts. Rebekah is not only easygoing and personal, she was very knowledgeable of the industry, aggressive when needed and protective of us when dealing with other realtors that didn't have our best interest in mind. I will use Rebekah solely for all my reality needs and highly recommend her whenever I get the chance.

Rebekah located a great property that fit our criteria. She was very professional throughout the process and worked very hard to get us a fair price. Oh Rebekah, I cannot say enough about our experience with her. She was absolutely terrific and so much fun. Usually, when working with a realtor, the contact is pretty limited to the home buying process and there is little contact otherwise. Rebekah came over and helped us with the contract a couple of times, and helped us work through some negotiations that were holding up the process. She advised us on the best route to take and gave us terrific advise throughout the buying process. We had a great time working with her and she was always willing to work for us. Rebekah was an amazing realtor that worked hard to help us find the perfect home. By far the best, most genuine realtor I've ever come across. We worked with Rebekah for over a year. We met her at an open house when we were just casually looking but not ready to purchase just yet. She took us and showed us what options in our price range were to help us plan for when we were ready to purchase. If something came up that she thought we would like, she would send us a pressure free email. Over time, she never forgot about us, but also never pressured us. She knows that clients aren't going to buy a house if they aren't ready or it's not the right house for them. When we decided it was time to jump in and purchase, she helped us navigate a VERY hot martket and was available to show us a house at the drop of hat. She also didn't waste anytime when we said we wanted to make an offer! Rebekah is intuitive about client needs, patient in finding exactly what the client wants, incredibly responsive and professional and has great relationships with other realtors in the area (which is a huge help!!). She was great with our kids, too! You can't go wrong with this wonderful lady as your Realtor!!!

Rebekah is an amazing realtor. Her knowledge of the Nashville area was extremely helpful as our family We were relocated here and we had little idea of where to begin our search. She was very friendly and made sitting in a car with a realtor for 3 days straight fun. She was organized making it a bit easier to keep track of the many homes we looked at in a short time.

Rebekah is an exceptional real estate agent. My husband and I relocated to Franklin from Seattle, WA earlier this year. Rebekah was so knowledgeable about neighborhoods, traffic, communities, etc that we knew exactly the area we wanted to live in within a day of meeting her. It didn't phase her that we weren't readily available to tour a home being across the country from the area. She went above and beyond to make sure we didn't miss out on any properties by touring them herself. When it came time to actually move, we stepped off the plane and into our perfect home.
