Jeff met with us on short notice while we were in town, took us on a tour of Gig Harbor showing us areas we might be interested in and then gave us listings to look at. We had him show us homes and then had to leave for our previous home. We found the house by ourselves on a Sunday and he dropped everything on a weekend to work up an offer. We hadn't purchased real estate in more than 30 years, but he helped us through the process. When a new listing came up, she promptly let us and know.She handled all the negotiations well, arranged the inspection and supervised additional inspection that was needed.We live 2000 miles away in San Diego, so having Gwen there in Gig Harbor, ready and willing to do things on our behalf was great.

She was extremely helpful communicating our questions and concerns to the seller, and with her help we we able to purchase the property for a fair price.
