Reed helped me buy a home
Reed was an amazing agent to work with. Helped us purchase our home at a great price and was really nice and accessible. We were honestly just so overwhelmed with the process at the beginning and Reed really took the time to sit down with us and walk us through every step and make sure we got the terms we wanted. Highly recommend him.
Reed listed and sold my home
I contacted Reed in early August to sell my parents home for me. I was extremely impressed as he sold the home on the same day it was listed for full list price!!! We were ecstatic, especially since many had warned us homes just don't sell in this area. Reed was fantastic and we couldn't be more happy with our experience.
Reed helped me buy a home
I started working with Reed this summer to find properties to flip. I haven't had a lot of cash but I was really interested in flipping homes. Reed helped me find a home, negotiate the price down, and purchase it. It was a foreclosure that had not come on the market yet so I feel like I got it at a great price before anyone else could.
