I can't imagine any other realtor helping us like Regan did with our first home purchase. Moving to a different state was stress all in itself. Regan looked up houses for me, met me in town and spent hours showing me houses until I was 100% sure of the house we picked for our new home. She picked houses that only fit the criteria I gave her, which made it pleasant walking through them with her. She showed me the things about the houses that was important to us which meant to me that she took the time needed to research these houses for me. She walked me through the entire process. She searched out answers for me that had little or nothing to do with her part of the process. Above and beyond is an understatement for what she did. She put us in touch with local professionals with good reputations. Even after her work is all done, she still answers my questions by phone or email.

We are so lucky to have gone through the process of buying a home with the help of Regan. She was always on top of things and made the process seem so easy. A lot of our home shopping was done with me and my two toddlers, since my husband has a super busy schedule, and she never ceased to jump right in and take care of my kiddos while we were out browsing the potential listings. She went above and beyond for us and we ended up with the perfect home! Thank you Regan!

It was such a pleasure working with Regan! She was very knowledgable about the area which was helpful bc we were from out of town. She helped us on short notice and always made herself available at our convenience. She gave design/renovation tips which was nice since we were first time homeowners. Regan is absolutely amazing! My wife and I moved down from over 10 hours north and could only go looking for houses twice. Both times when we were down in GA looking Regan gave us all of her time and attention so that we could find a place. She quickly caught on to the type of houses that we liked and helped us find the perfect one! Would recommend to anyone!!

Regan was amazing to work with. I think she sold our house in about 1 day! Very impressive. I'd highly recommend them (and do).Regan also listed a house in our new neighborhood. I saw her car out there all the time (I'm sure giving great customer service). That house sold quickly too!

Regan was the absolute BEST!!! After numerous and endless days of searching for the perfect house, Regan presented us with the option to build. She designed the PERFECT floor plan from our top three homes we loved and made our dream home come true. She went above and beyond putting in the time to make sure we as clients were more than happy. She knew every aspect about the style we wanted and she made it happen.
