1976 I obtained my Washington Real Estate Designated Brokers License. In 1981 my office was the first in the State of Washington to provide a home warranty program for buyers and sellers. In 1994 we were the first office in Washington State to offer a guarantee to sell your home or buy it. In 2009 I was named one of the top 100 Real Estate Brokers in the Nation by the Wall Street Journal and also in 2010. My real estate business philosophy has been to provide more services not through my own abilities, but with the help of highly professional staff people working directly with me.
Over the years it has been my pleasure to work with thousands of homeowners and homebuyers to help them through one of the most emotionally stressful times of their lives with the objective outcome of making their lives happier and better.
