Regis Gillespie

Regis Gillespie, originally from Pittsburgh, PA. Moving to Tampa, Florida in 1988 and being the youngest out of four siblings. His family has owned businesses in residential real estate, construction, vacation beach rentals and timeshare resales. Regis grew up around these family talents, which cultivated him to become a natural in several areas of real estate. In 2011, he took a family investment and purchased distressed properties to fix and flip and to hold, increasing the investment by over 600%, creating a great portfolio rentals and producing passive income to this day.
