Relonda Mutcherson

One of the most disgusting people for which I have ever interacted in real estate. She is non-responsive, abusive and otherwise horrible. When asked by her client's lender to write an amendment to the contract to facilitate closing she responded with this: "I WILL NOT BE WRITING ANOTHER AMENDMENT. I DONT HAVE TIME." Frequently her contract completion was sloppy, inaccurate, incomplete or otherwise wrought with errors. She visited the property without permission and gave her UNLICENSED client the code to the property which is illegal. She is abusive, ignores emails that are critical to the process to close and otherwise is very passive-aggressive. In my opinion, this agent is dangerous and incompetent.
