As first-time home buyers, we weren't really sure what to expect with the home buying process, but Renee made it a great experience! She patiently explained anything we had a question about and was on top of the process every step of the way. I would absolutely use her services again!

Before moving to Washington my partner and I came up to visit and spent three days meeting with a different agent each day. In the end we decided to work with Renee as she had the best understanding of what kind of home and surrounding community we were looking for to best meet our needs. Our list of "wants" was long and we were unfamiliar with much of the area but Renee was and she was very generous with her knowledge, time and patience. She understood what we were looking for better than we did. We had a lot of questions and for the ones she didn't have an immediate answer for Renee got back to me quickly with the information. It was winter when we moved out here and we needed to get into a home quickly. Renee was able to make it happen. She helped me find a home within two weeks and since I was a cash buyer we were able to close quickly. I know this had to have been a lot of work for her on top of her other clients but Renee was very accommodating and she was fun to work with. I greatly appreciate all that she had done for me and my partner. She helped us make a good choice with our purchase of a house and her friendship throughout the process made us feel welcome and right at home.

My husband and I recently bought our first home and I couldnt be happier with the help we got from Renee with the whole process. She was upfront with us about everything and didnt add any fluff to get a sale. She shared our same sense of humor and made each moment fun and exciting.
