Renee Harris

Renee was listing agent for home im interested in and wouldn't take the turn to come show it-and I left it to be her schedule. Her reply-it's too far out of her area find another agent to show it. Well, she was the listing agent. I am the customer/buyer, right so I did get another local agent near the home, they had to contact Renee. Needless to say her professional contact is not pleasant. We advised we were putting in a cash offer. The following day my 'local' agent follows up, and Renee decided to inform our local agent an offer has been made and accepted. How in the world would she have not known this information the day prior and how does an offer come through and be made and accepted in less than 24hours? With more questions to be made we tried to contact Renee and she doesn't answer phones on fridays because it interferes with her weekends. Personally she's chose the wrong profession, has no customer service skills and lacks respect for clients. My search continues for a secondary home. Signed, Russell Riebe
