There were several pit falls that we ran into during inspections of the house we were to buy. Thank goodness for Renee who had the foresight to check every box and do our due diligence. If it weren't for Renee's tireless work and negotiating with the seller we may not ever have know that...(for example) the sewer line had become disconnected to the city sewer line under the street! She was able to negotiate with the seller/seller's agent to have the reimbursed from our closing costs and have all other issues resolved prior to closing.

Being in the construction and property inspection business as I am, I've experience more real estate transactions (over 10,000 personally, and several hundred a year through my company) than I can recall and in that time, have certainly met my share of real estate agents. With that said, I couldn't be happier with my choice of Renee to spearhead the escrow that she just closed for me!

One of the best things that we could have ever asked for is a realtor that was honest with us. She was honest with us when it came to houses that were overpriced, talked us through homes that needed a lot more work than we were realistically willing to put time into and was straightforward when a house was just not 'us.' Renee also has an incredible network and provided us with multiple vendor options for everything from flooring to chimney repairs.
