I had the displeasure of working with this agent. I am writing this review to warn others. This woman does NOT speak English. She can only work with Asian clients and cannot communicate in English. She tries to speak Chinese to people that don't speak Chinese and when you can't understand her...it upsets her. That alone is something I can deal with. The problem here is she has no idea how the buying/selling process works. She cannot respond to emails or calls on time, wastes the buyer's precious time with no communication and leaves them waiting because she cannot understand them. What's worse is when you express your frustration, she thinks you're being "mean" to her. I wasted $600 on a bad deal because she's selling a home riddled with issues that her seller did not disclose and when we found out, she didn't respond in time for us to negotiate anything (she will pretend not to understand you so she can get away with this). Option period over and now we're out the money. If you go through her, HAVE A TRANSLATOR so she has no excuse. Also, she lies on her listings. She relisted the house we were trying to buy and claimed we had credit issues (since she did not use our names we cannot sue her for breach of privacy) when that was not even close to the truth. She and her clients were trying to avoid repairs on the worst inspection I have ever seen. We had to cancel the contract because almost 11 fire violations was too much to just swallow and not address at the very least with the seller. This realtor refused to cooperate or communicate.
