Reyna Danjoy

We used Reyna Danjoy to set up a lease on home we wanted to rent while we were displaced after Hurricane Harvey. Her knowledge of the rental process was poor and we were given very little guidance. She did not record the 'move in' condition correctly or help us communicate with the landlord over a number of issues with the house. At the end of the tenancy the Landlord refused to return our deposit and we took him to a small claims court. We requested information from Reyna and also subpoenaed her to attend the hearing. She did not attend. As a result we were awarded damages and a judgement was issued against the landlord. He still has not paid us. We understand that Reyna has no legal obligation to help us but morally we felt she should have provided some assistance to us. Any good realtor would surely have helped us. Reyna later went on to sell the property on behalf of the landlord, who was her neighbor and her friend. We find her to have acted unprofessionally and unethical and would not recommend her to anyone.
