She helped give us advice that sold our old home on the very first showing and then when we were pressed for time to find a new home she went over and above to show us every home that fit our criteria even if it meant working over weekends and answering email late into the night. We found our dream home in an amazing neighborhood with fantastic mountain views and a walkout basement at an outstanding price! The next day after our offer was accepted we learned that 3 more offers were coming in and we likely would have lost out had she not pushed for the best terms that got them to sign quickly! She has continued to check in from time to time to offer advice on the market or to offer home improvement advice based on the current market and trends.
