We listed our condo in Avian Forest with Rhonda because of her knowledge of the Litchfield area housing market. She was extremely helpful in preparing the condo for sale and showing it. We gave her our criteria for a new, to us, retirement home. Within a very short period she found the perfect home for us (which wasn't easy) and proceeded to hold our hands during negotiations, inspections, closing and arranging for various trades when we moved in. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a great agent to buy or sell their home. We would certainly use her again, and now count her as a friend.
