Back in 1998 when we first started searching for our own piece of self-sufficient, homestead-quality dirt at a reasonable price, We had never dreamed of becoming brokers ourselves. In fact, our professional backgrounds were banking (Ric) and nursing/teaching (Daria.) Daria observed the myriad of ways in which real estate agents presented themselves and their businesses. Some ran professional services; others... not so much. As life unfolded, we decided that Ric should take the plunge and venture out into self-employment where he could be more focused on our large family. Our prime desire was to move away from city life, live off-grid and finish raising our kids "the country way." We also love being a part of making a dream like this come true for you.
