  • Ricardo and I connected, but did no business

In my opinion, this guy is a douche bag. So a few years ago I met him through a friend, whose friend happens to be his bestfriend named Gabe. When he identified himself as a realtor I explained that I was selling a house and would like for him to view it and tell me how much it's worth. I NEVER asked him to list the home for me. Nonetheless, he came by and gave his observations. Everything seemed fine, we even had lunch afterwards. I had no idea that he had a problem with me until my friend called me asking what happened, saying Ricardo was upset that I asked him to list a home that was already listed, and he was angry that the home was in a "bad area" (which the area is not bad at all might BTW). She then went on to say, he was creeped out by the fact that i got the house after suing my dad and questioned what type of human sues their own father. Now that bothered me because of the fact that NONE of my friends knew my personal life, as far as they knew, I had normal parents. So when she called me with the knowledge that I haf won a law suit against my dad, I was forced to confess my real life to her and tell her all of my childhood struggles. I kept my story secretive, even some of my family members were in the dark about the troubles I had growing up with my dad. So I feel Ricardo was completely out of line to go tell my personal business to his friend who then gave the information to my friend. Common sense should have told him that if I won a law suit against my dad then CLEARLY there was a strong case behind it, so how do you call judgement on a story that you don't know the details of? With all this said, I do not suggest anyone deal with this idiot.
