We were new to the area and Ricardo's knowledge of the various neighborhoods throughout Long Beach was EXTREMELY helpful in finding our current home. He was also very patient with all of the properties we wanted to see. Additionally, he is very responsive when we had questions and would always get back to us within a few hours!

My daughter and I came to Los Angeles for a long weekend trying to locate an apartment. We looked at apartments on our own for the first two days with no luck and decided to try a local realtor to help us. Ricardo was recommended by her corporate relocation firm and we quickly realized it was the best decision wed made that weekend. After speaking with us by phone Ricardo had already located some apartments for us to look at when we met, but he took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, both from a young professional and a parents point of view. We found the perfect place for her to start out in LA and Im convinced we couldnt have done it without him. I bought my first home ever. I appreciated Ricardo the Realtor taking the time to show me not only homes, but condos, and townhomes too. I am grateful for him showing me different locations at the odd hours that I kept. He negotiated me a credit of $5700. He also went out of his way to arrange an after hours notary which allowed me to not lose a whole day in the escrow process. He also made sure that I had my keys on the same day my loan closed. Long Beach Real Estate did make buying my home easy. I am happy with their service and for them helping me successfully find the perfect home for me based on my needs and my available resources.

I had a very difficult short sale that had fallen out of escrow twice before Ricardo got involved. I was in a BK and there was a lien on the home. A myriad of obstacles that arose Recardo navigated easily and efficiently. I was always well informed by this humble and pleasant man.

Being a single working mom with two boys is a handful. Having to sell my home with my busy schedule was a task that I was not looking forward to. I am blown away by the dedication that Ricardo had with my dear friends who were selling their house. Not only is he is a very knowledgeable sales agent he truly cares and is there for his clients. I witnessed this firsthand when my dear friends were selling their property and had to get a hot tub off the property ASAP. Ricardo offered to help which literally meant he physically moved and push the hot tub eight blocks to its new home. If that's not commitment and caring about your client I don't know what is! And through it all he does it with a smile and is always very very happy and positive even in the stressful time of selling a house. This was our first home purchase and Ricardo made it so easy for us. He always kept us up to date on any new listings that would fit our criteria, and was prompt in getting us an appointment to view it. Ricardo The Realtor (aka RTR) has a ton of experience and knowledge of the Long Beach area and helped us purchase our first home as husband and wife. We had to close the deal asap over the holidays and he handled it like a pro. He was able to line up all the necessary appointments in one day (home inspector, termite inspector, appraiser, etc) and helped us guide us through the process even after we left town for the holidays. After escrow, Ricardo went the extra mile by meeting the utility company at our new home to make sure everything was set up for our move in.Ricardo's biggest strength is the fact that he really cares about his clients.
