The process of buying a home is very stressful, an emotional roller coaster. Thankfully we had a great team assisting us every step of the way. From the moment we made the first phone call, we made an appointment. My husband and I just wanted to check what are options were and what we qualified for. During our first appointment the process was explained in detailed with names of who would be calling and what information would be needed. They put us in connection with our loan officer Cesar and his assistant, Willy who were very prompt and courteous. The team at Ponce & Ponce Realty made the process as seamless as possible. The staff is very professional and are willing to answer any questions you may have. My husband and I develop a relationship with our realtor, Ricardo. We felt no pressure during our showings which made our decision on how a lot easier. The teamwork in the office is evident by how hard they all work and how they all depend on one another to succeed. It is a family owed business, which brings in unity. Ricardo, understood our needs and was very encouraging when a couple of our offers were not accepted. He was also very attentive and responsive to my texts. He would answer within minutes after I either called or text him. Claudia in the office, is very polite and able to answer any immediate questions we had. After making that one phone call, 3 months later, we are now homeowners. We are very pleased with the over all experience and thankful we now have the house of our dreams. Thank you guys for making it all happen.
