Ric has been a Sarasota area resident for over 35 years and has a unique understanding of the Sarasota area. Ric has been a licensed real estate agent for over 10 years and has sold over $65 Million in real estate. Ric has started two real estate brokerages, launched the Luxury Division and Commercial Division for Keller Williams Realty in Sarasota. Ric is also the founder of Agents Armor LLC, a real estate safety training company. Prior to his career in real estate, Ric was a Police Sergeant with the Sarasota Police Department, where he served for nearly 17 years. Ric is also a decorated combat veteran during multiple high-intensity conflicts in the Middle-East and East-Africa. Ric is currently in the process of launching yet another real estate brokerage, to be known as The DelVizo Group.
