I met Rich at an open house as he was filling in for someone else. We struck up a conversation as I left the house I was impressed with Rich's courtesy, professionalism and knowledge. So, I called him back and asked him to be my Real Estate agent. My family looked at quite a few houses and not once was Rich late for an appointment. We always communicated and he provided comparisons so I can make an informed decision. Throughout this tedious process he was always upbeat and positive. In the end, we now have our Dream Home. I cannot begin to say enough great things about our experience with Rich. As first-time home buyers, we were nervous about the entire process. It seemed very overwhelming, until we met with Rich. From the very first meeting we had Rich eased our minds with a very detailed list of things we could expect. I had the PLEASURE of working with Rich for two property transactions. The selling of my home in the Rhodes Ranch neighborhood and finding a new home in the Henderson area. He is a true professional, considerate, prompt in his appointment scheduling and very well versed in his craft and market. Great loan officer and escrow choices. As a single female, I depended on his expertise and guidance. Considering the commission fees, he is WORTH every penny. Do not consider any other professional. He is the only one to partner with. Seriously he is the BEST.

Rich Crithfield is an excellent real estate professional and I highly recommend him to anyone needing a realtor. I needed to sell my home in SW Nevada as I was interested in relocating to a home in the NW area. Rich was highly productive in getting an offer on my home and then securing a home that I could put an offer on. Rich made sure that the closing of my home sale and the closing of my purchase of my new home was within a few days to avoid displacing me. Rich relishes hard work and during the entire transactions he always kept in contact with me which is not always true with other realtors.

Rich was very knowledgeable of the Las Vegas market. I was mostly impressed with his response times, any time of the day and any day of the week he was there for me. Facilitated the deal with precision and went above and beyond from a personal service standpoint. He dressed very professionally and DID NOT show up in a ball cap and shorts like I have seen before. Lastly, he was ALWAYS prepared and had answers to questions and always kept his deadlines with me and was never late.

Rich helped my husband and I with the purchase of a short sale home and we couldn't have asked for better person than him! He was patient, helpful and maintained great communication with us thru out the prolonged process. Rich managed to keep us in line with all updates and required paperwork in the 18-month timeline. I cannot say enough good things about Rich. He has helped my partner and I rent a place as well as find a home to buy and both times he made everything so easy. He was always prompt, very response when we tried to contact him, and is incredibly knowledgeable about the whole process. He takes his time with his clients and really makes sure they are comfortable and understand every aspect of home buying. The most important thing that you want from a real estate agent is availability and responsiveness. If I could give Rich more than 5 stars for responsiveness, then I would. I think that the longest time I waited for a response from a text was 6 seconds!! Rich really understands how important it is to act quickly in the current Las Vegas market and he shows it throughout every part of the home buying process. Aside from his responsiveness, Rich is really easy to interact with. He walks the line between being a business professional and a "real person" very well. I didn't feel as though I was talking to a "suit" all day because he keeps things light and fun, while also staying very focused and driven on finding/closing on your house. Being that I was a first time home buyer, I did not know what to expect from a real estate agent, but Rich walked me through the entire process and made me feel comfortable. I could not have asked for a better partner on my journey to home ownership.
