Amazing, Rich went above and beyond, especially since I had already moved to the opposite coast. Rich handled everything from general contractors/handymen, to prospective tenants AND buyers (given my then indecisive nature to either rent out or sell my co-op ), to my apartment's management board (generally stricter and more discerning than a condo board), the moving company who hauled my items away, and even the cable company for returning my cable box, despite the fact that my place was considerably smaller than the typical homes he sells. He apprised me continually through the process and went out of his way to deal with management directly given the time difference and being on different coasts. I'd retain him again instantly.
