ou need more than one quick walk through to make a decision whether or not to buy a certain house. After my first walk through of a house I was interested in, I had questions about the house. I relayed my questions to Rich Thomas, my realtor. Rich quickly contacted the seller's with my questions and quickly got back to me with answers. I was able to contact Rich from morning to bedtime. He opened my emails quickly and responded promptly. When I was ready, Rich arranged for me to take a second walk through of the house. He was patient and gave me all the time I needed to take a second look around the house. After my offer was accepted, I wanted a inspection of the house, well and septic tank. Rich worked with me in finding the right inspectors. He was able to arrange for all of the inspections on the same day. That speeded up the buying process and saved me from having to go back and forth on different days for different inspections. Rich Thomas was professional and personable the whole time I was associated with him in buying a house.

Rich was very responsive to questions and concerns. If he didn't know the answer, he would find it. He was also available when needed. He works hard for you.

When he arrived he had researched our area, and was well prepared to give us a very informed idea of what houses were selling for in our area, and what a good comparable price for our listing. He was very familiar with our neighborhood and the different house styles that were available to buyers looking in our Dunkirk area. He was friendly, and comfortable in his demeaner. He stayed in touch with us during the whole process, and we did ask for his advice and expertise many times. Even when we would get somewhat impatient, with no contracts, he remained positive and reassured us that there were many 'lookers', but just no offers yet.
