Richard helped us in finding the perfect lakefront home on Chautauqua Lake back in 2005. He was terrific to work with and his knowledge of the real estate market in the area is invaluable. Also, equally important to me is the service he provides long after sale. Richard is always there to answer questions, provide names of local workmen, or work with friends of ours to identify real estate they may be interested in seeing.

Richard made himself available on short notice to show us some properties in Chautauqua County for a possible retirement relocation. He was prompt, professional and friendly. We have not yet been able to finalize a move, but we will surely work with him as things progress.

We were considering a home purchase in the Chautauqua Lake area and had a handful of homes that we wished to see. Richard had previously set up a search protocol for us. He arranged to meet with us on a Saturday (we are out of state) to review our search criteria and time line as well as visit the homes on our list. Richard is very good. He was always available when I wanted to view a property, even on a few minutes notice when I passed by a property while riding in the boat or car. I looked at a lot of properties for many months and he was always there and never rushed me. He handled the offers quickly, negotiated with the seller's agent and followed thru with the closing. Post closing he has recommended service providers and has continued to help me get to know the area as I get settled-in

Coming from out of state, Richard's knowledge of the area has been invaluable. Timely- he and his team have delivered on every timeline that has come up and have shared a sense of urgency to hit some that were particularly important to us but challenging. Responsiveness- I dont think he's ever gone 5 minutes without responding to a request for information. Value Add- he helped us find a place to rent as we were exploring the community and then helped us in structuring our purchase to assist us in gaining access sooner. We're highly satisfied with the experience. To be completely accurate, we didn't review negotiation skills because it wasn't a major part of our purchase.
